I was talking to a reliable source the other day some-one close to the band and they said that they have broken up not even jamming is there any true to this jeb??? you would no what they are doing if this is true it's a dam shame cos they had better thing's to come. Please some-one tell me it's not true..  |

I knew this would come up soon, as you have probably noticed they haven't played shows for a while.
The band haven't split up but they are on an indefinite break, there is still a chance they'll play again later in the year.
All members are currently working on other projects, will keep you informed.

hi, greg from thumlock (and sanchez) here.we definitely haven't broken up although things have looked patchy until this week.we are looking to do a bunch of shows towards the end of the year.reason for the break being ben is finishing his phd, myself going hard with el sanchez and raff and wayne concentrating on work and jamming together in a different project.look towards november/december for more thumlock, meanwhile come and check out el sanchez, you won't be disapointed.

sorry everyone the rumours are definately true. at the last Thumlock meeting Greg told the band and Jeb he was leaving the band. it is true that all four are busy outside of the band and this has resulted in some heated times over the last year. the band have been jamming with another drummer and hope to have shows towards the end of the year, most likely under a different name.
