well you would think they would but i think Victoria and Warrnambool is where rock is living at the moment i'm truly sorry but it is fact.....not fiction that's why you should be down here but i'm sure when they release there album they would have to play in Sydney and the Gong....

, Seems to be the case on the live front maxi I'll agree with you there. Still band wise I'm quite happy where I am. Great fucking bands and more popping up all the time. The Strangers, Rockafella and Hytest kicked my ass last Saturday, beats going to watch Machine Gun Fellatio like a lot of people did.

Melbourne is definately where the rock is. I think Forte are recording down here in Vic which is why they're headed back but I could be wrong. Dunno much about Clutch but I hope Forte get the gig cause they're cool and deserve it.

nah i dunno about the match either, i'll have a think about an aussie band that would suit supporting clutch a bit better
dread might be a bit better match

Forte would definitely not suit Clutch, Clutch are tough Forte are more like nice boys - like fumanchu

Forte have been labelled as volcanic rock which suits their sound just nicely but I was talking to Jamie from Filler last week and he reckons Forte are SEX ROCK!
I agree guys - Clutch aint nothin' like sex rock!

Oh yeah I meant to say that Forte recorded 'Tripping in the Vast Exterior' in a small studio in Alstonville near Lismore, so I am guessing that they will probably head back there again??

sex rock? whats that. if it means a band's sexy and they rock, then clutch are 'sex rock'. anyway, i think a band like thumlock or even dread, would compliment clutch's sound a whole lot more. i don't think fans of clutch would appreciate forte. something a bit experimental, not so generic, would be good. but who really cares, if clutch were playing, they'd make up for any shitness that preceeded them.
