Yeah, Motley Crue have the strange effect of making me laugh, and yet making me nauseous at the same time. The first few tracks were cool in a "wow i feel ten years old again" kind of way, but as soon as they get all serious for the inevitable power ballad, i'm over it.

Following it up with Autobahn was good though.

I would have to agree there is no comparing Kiss and Motley Crue. I'm pissed I've never seen Kiss live (and I've been a fan since I saw the mon Countdown when I was 3) One of my first concert experiences was Motley Crues Dr.Feelgood tour. I was mucho impressed by how over the top it was. It was good of my Mum to take me although at the time I was secretly pissed because I really wanted to go to Alice Cooper instead.

Id never thought i would dis Kiss but i tend to agree with u Troyvod, i really enjoyed seeing them the last couple of times they came out here but its all getting to much of a sad joke, enough is enough

last time i saw them was at telstra/vodaphone/or some fucking phone company arena and they had the huge blow up dolls of themselves out the front. my opinion.........kiss is a better band but i have way much more fun listening to motley crue, that shit is just hilarious. as for the whole gene thing in the words of ozzy osbourne "every time i see gene i run coz he always asks me how much money i got"
