I won't try to do a lengthy review cause I only made it for the last band (El Sanchez) and I can't remember a whole lotta that anyway.
Another reasonably disappointing crowd at the Espy, but an enthusiastic one. It's probably always the same people but I don't seem to recognise faces.
Great band, heaps of fun and didn't seem to mind the poor turn out. Dealt well with us drunkards up the front and played a fine set mixed with Tumbleweed style songs (good stuff!) and cruisier Thumlock-styled rock. The drummer from Thumlock is absolutely brilliant, just a great groove and these guys have a nice, big yet compact sound.
Burrito rock - bring it on!

Ah, the mark of a professional band-they play just as enthusiastically in front of 1 or 1,000!

Awesome news. As soon as I reviewed the night for a few friends they were pissed they'd missed it. So I should be able to bring down about the equivalent number of people they played to last time.
That means 8*2/1+22-10/45*666/101
=still fuck all unless some promotion is done (and now they're all goons).
But I'll be up the front again hasseling Greg. Ride ya bitch ride!! Oh, and I'm gonna make him spit-swear that Thumlock will be back by the end of the year.

Yeah there coming back to warrnambool with hee-haw on saturday the 27th of july all you city slickers from melbourne should come down i'll put ya's all up for the night as my wonderful mother own's a motel bring ya girl-friends to so i can pull a few moves on them hehe.. ;D

My sincerest apologies to any bands that travelled to Melbourne in the last couple of weeks. I've been a bit out of stuff so I've missed you all and as you can tell I'm pissed off about it.
Please come back, especially El Sanchez and Hee Haw cause I was really very excited about that show, as were a whole bunch of my friends.

Unfortunately Hee Haw had to bail out of the great southern mission at this point in time but you better believe we are super keen to get down your way (believe it or not some people think we sound like we are from your way...not Norway). We are currently applying the finishing touches to "How To Pay Your Debts When You're a Genius" and then we are hopegully on our way. The best I can do for now is tell you to check the MP3 of "Famous Last Words" on the Highbeam page if you haven't already done so and if it sounds like your brand of rock get psyched for when we do get down there.
