The Giants of science, intercooler and mahala played the B lounge in brisbane city last night.
after returning from their recent tour with Grinspoon and playing to crowds of 2,500 at the townsville entertainment centre, the giants of science put on a very slick performance - maybe even professional.
Let's say they have progressed so far that they have owen from fulcrum guitar teching for them.
As always the GOS played both an energetic and extended set. They mixed it up with material from their forthcoming album and current ep.
After a little encouragement Richi from the aampirellas joined the boys on stage and pulled off a very animated and sleazy rendition of a stooges' song.
they finished off the set with an ACDC cover - which was very well accepted by the crowd.

Yeh, I'll be at the next Giants show down here in Melb for sure. I've seen these guys play from 'shitty just havin a blast playin covers we don't even know' to a fully professional 'nail the entire crowd to the back wall with our smokin sound and tunes'.
Hope they make it soon?
